Seeking a full-time Caribou Coffee Lead at our Southgate location.PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by

assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Duties include getting guests and preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order, being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests questions. Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages. May perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager to

include ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports.
