Emphasis is placed on working efficiently and at a steady pace in order to meet productivity requirements. Prepare, display and promote frozen foods and dairy items and to provide excellent service. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintains a clean, organized and fully stocked department with minimum of time and energy.

Processes frozen food and dairy loads

Properly cuts loads to avoid damaging product

Sorts loads in an organized manner

Performs frozen food or dairy case stocking

Rotates stock following Hornbacher's policies and monitors for damage or spoiled product

Ensures aisles are full and clear of debris at all times.

Properly stores and organizes reserve stock

Monitors refrigerated cases for proper temperature

Assist in case resets as assigned

Sets up displays according to direction and follows proper procedures

Stickers or signs product with correct price following Hornbacher's policies

Assists in receiving of product deliveries as needed

Monitors items for proper quality
