Specific responsibilities associated with the position include:Serve as the project manager of multi-disciplinary technical teams on water and wastewater related projectsManage and deliver multiple projects concurrentlyProvide engineering services at all phases of projects, including project development, planning, funding, design, bidding, construction, and start-up servicesDevelop engineering service agreements, engineering fee estimates, and project cost estimatesAssist in development of project drawings and specificationsManage project budgets effectively to ensure projects stay on budgetDevelop change order documentation as construction changes occurReview and approve contractor pay applicationsImplement QA/QC processes to ensure project documents are appropriately produced and thoroughly reviewedClosely maintain contact with project owners and stakeholders to ensure needs are metQUALIFICATIONSBS in Civil or Environmental EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer in North Dakota or ability to obtain in six monthsMinimum of 8 years of design experience on water/wastewater related projectsMinimum of 3 years of project management experience on water/wastewater related projectsExperience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work in teams or as an individualPositive attitude and motivated work ethicPreferred Qualifications and SkillsMS in Civil or Environmental EngineeringBusiness development experienceDemonstrated knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatmentDemonstrated knowledge of water and wastewater pumping and pipeline systemsBasic knowledge of design programs including AutoCAD, Civil3D, and/or RevitInterested in hearing more?
