Full Time Route Driver - Bismarck to Garrison

Local USPS Contractor has an opening for a Full Time Route Driver, 4-6 days a week, driving a 1-ton box truck from Bismarck to Garrison. No CDL required, but 2 years driving experience preferred.

Split shift, apartment provided in Garrison ND for layover during the day.

Looking for someone that cares about being reliable and on time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions on a regularly scheduled route to pick up and transport bulk mail between postal facilities.

2. Some trucks may require the safe operation of a lift gate or ramp.

3. Sort, lift and push moderate to heavy loads of mail and packages up to 75 lbs.

4. Operate truck following specific time schedules and rules of safety.

5. Ability to operate handheld scanner device.

6. 2 years driving experience preferred.
