It is a unique opportunity to work with intelligent and creative people who are solving complex business and technical issues to meet these requirements, both new, and existing.The Oracle SaaS Compliance team is looking for a solid Project Manager , support our portfolio of high-visibility projects. This candidate should be a self-starter that embraces ambiguity, with the ability to influence across organizations, and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is someone with prior history of successfully running projects and engaging with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders up to senior levels. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or challenging priorities. Experience, high judgment, ability to influence, analytical attitude or curiosity are meaningful to the success of this role.This is a fully remote position.Career Level - IC3Responsibilities

Leading projects to elevate the Compliance team’s maturity around processes and procedures.

Apply project management discipline to develop plans, define scope, document requirements, and manage schedule/resources for strategic projects leading to on time quality deliverables.

Create and maintain project management documentation.

Utilize varying project management methodologies, driving technical and functional teams to complete critical path actions in a timely fashion.

Independently identify risk, manage correction action plans when schedule deviations occur and escalate/communicate project health to leadership.

Actively partner with SaaS and other Cloud teams to ensure project and program success.

Creating and managing tasks within Jira, Confluence, Apex and other similar systems.

Facilitating cross-team communications and decision making.

Working across different teams to manage changes, timelines and resource availability.

Managing stakeholder expectations, while reporting and escalating to leadership as needed.

Leading status meetings and producing weekly (at a minimum) status reports.

Managing multiple initiatives/projects through lifecycle.

Drive consensus and influence stakeholders by using metrics

Performance Expectations:

Manage varied duties and tasks that are complex and require independent judgement.

Act as a seasoned professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative and innovative ways.

Successfully work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation and translation into repeatable and predictable solutions.

Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Receive little instruction on day-to-day work, operate well with only general instruction on new assignments to obtain successful results.

Seek to identify ways to continuously improve process, procedure, and business relationships.

Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related major.

3-5 years successfully managing projects spanning multiple teams and organizations.

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent English verbal and written communications

Excellent judgment and customer focus

Experience with reporting project statuses to senior-level and team members

Strong time management skills

Ability and self-discipline to work remotely; being engaged and available based on customer, team, and stakeholder needs.

Strong attention to detail

Must have at least ONE of the following:

Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban – Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, Project+, etc.)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
