Human Resource Generalist

Dakota Eye Institute is growing our Human Resources team! We are seeking an experienced and people passionate individual to join our team to serve in the role of Human Resources Generalist.This role will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities serving in the areas of talent acquisition, employee onboarding and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required

A minimum of three years related experience is required

PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (3:00 PM in the summer)

Able to offer schedule flexibility and the ability to work from home one day per week.

Pay Range$50,000 to $75,000 annual salaryBenefits
