The team offers amongst others sell-side and buy-side advisory services to a wide variety of clients including large corporates, privately-owned companies and private equity. As an intern, you will be staffed as a full member of the team, work along junior and senior team members and assist in all aspects of our work allowing you to fully experience the M&A process. You will be actively involved in assisting the execution of transactions, preparing client presentations, support on financial analyses and valuation models, performing market research and finding potential buyers and targets in various industries.
