Targeted section 3 worker is a Section 3 worker living within the service area or neighborhood of the project, of which the address is in the vicinity of 6436 Ferry View Ln Lewisville NC 27023, or is a participant of the US dept of Labor Youth Build Program. A Section 3 worker is one who meets the low to very low income limits found at https://www.huduser.gov/protal/datasets/il.html Typical job description : Use of shovel and rake to move various materials into a finished condition throughout the day in ambient weather conditions, operation of various types of equipment associated with paving, milling and grading construction.
