Dispatcher

Port City Taxi is now hiring for dispatchers/phone operators. Dispatchers take incoming calls, enter information into computer, make outgoing calls, send and receive emails, complete necessary paperwork, communicate with drivers, and dispatch trips to drivers. We are seeking applicants who meet the following requirements:

Available for evening and overnight shifts

Available for weekends

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of the Wilmington area

Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

Previous experience in customer service

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Previous dispatch experience is not necessary
