General Labor - Punchlist/Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light carpentry work, siding, framing

Install fixtures, trim, hardware, shelving, bathroom accessories, and cabinets as directed

Perform demo work

Address punch list items including touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Assist with material purchasing, handling and site organization.

Landscaping

Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion.
