This position plays a real key in the overall operations of the business. We are looking for a customer service person that cares about getting it right for our customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Help Installation Management with all flooring installations.

Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's needs and upcoming projects

Perform duties as company safety officer. Warehouse & outlet management. Inventory Control & inventory management.

Other job related duties as needed

Job Requirements Ideal Candidate must-

Be able to display a sense of urgency in order to address and satisfy customer's needs.

Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Be able to work independently and problem solve.
