As a Branch Operations Support and Fund Transfer Specialist you will assist in all middle office operations as it relates to the Financial Advisor teams within J.P. Morgan Advisor. This role is reporting into and will be supporting the Branch Operations Director.Job responsibilities:

Support Financial Advisor and new client on-boarding processes

Monitoring money transfer queue and performing outbound client calls for verification/confirmation

Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures, as well as applicable FINRA and other federal regulations

Provide high quality, high touch service to J.P. Morgan Advisor Financial Advisors and Client Associates

Research, follow-up and resolve inquiries and issues through effective interaction with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams and other staff in a timely and professional manner

Assist with issue resolution for any complications/problems that may arise

Participate in and take ownership for projects

Be able to work independently, but keep manager informed of progress and any issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of Operations experience

Experience working with various product groups

Understanding of Brokerage Business

Experience interfacing with Trading desks, operational teams and Financial Advisors

Experience with trading operations and/or systems

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

Must have a control-oriented mindset

Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be a team player

Must have strong excel skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Undergraduate degree preferred

Series 7 licenses preferred

Alteryx certified preferred
