Job Title: Lab Analyst IIJob DescriptionCandidates must have instrumentation experience. Experience with PFAS, PCBs, and dioxins are strongly preferred. The Lab Analyst II performs analyses on routine and moderately complex samples according to analytical SOPs using instrumentation specific to the department and analytical methodologies. This role involves routine operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment. The position may assist with the development and validation of analytical methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other operating, safety, and quality documents for method development, transfer, and validation studies. Additionally, the Lab Analyst II provides technical training, advice, and support to Analysts in data analysis, and may be involved in investigations and preparation of responses to client inquiries and Corrective Action Reports (CARs). Technical support to Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and clients regarding testing, reporting, or technical inquiries may also be required. The role includes managing multiple projects, maintaining Laboratory Notebooks where applicable, adhering to internal standards, policies, and procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.Hard Skills
Professional instrumentation experience - 3+ years

Regular use of organic analysis instrumentation. Testing soils, waters, tissues (fish), and air (emissions).
