Business Banking Marketing's Digital Shopping & Content Strategy team is responsible for the customer experience and performance within our digital ecosystem and increasing appeal among aspiring minority entrepreneurs. The team focuses on developing the strategy across educational & news content, SEO, owned media, digital strategy, site optimization and platform capability to deliver a first-class customer experience.As a Student Ambassador on the Business Banking marketing team you should have experience with program management and employee advocacy with strong knowledge of LinkedIn best practices. You will support the launch, training and ongoing content strategy for the social ambassador program. You'll partner with internal stakeholders to create a smooth onboarding process, including providing internal education and guidance, holding training sessions and building out a first class LinkedIn ambassador program, while adhering to the controls and guardrails we have in place to protect employees at the firm.Job Responsibilities:
Support the launch Chase for Business social media ambassador program
Assist in building out operating procedures that include retention and risk and control requirements
Manage the day-to-day communications with ambassador program participants
Build and manage trainings and maintain onboarding documents and project plans
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and continuous education of 'what works' on LinkedIn
Analyze program reporting and measure effectiveness in order to inform the evolution of the program
Support the establishment of social media content strategy including pillars, content recommendations and KPIs
Manage necessary content review and approvals with legal and compliance
Partner with marketers and communicators to identify content opportunities that support key business needs and tell the Chase for Business story
Pitch creative ideas and help carry them from concept to execution to
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
3-5+ years of relevant experience building or supporting social media employee advocacy or ambassador programs
Experience with content or social media strategies
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to tailor approach based on audience
A passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape and how employees can use it to build their brand
The ability to cultivate relationships across teams in marketing, communications and the broader Chase ecosystem
Effectively communicate on project timelines, status and results
Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically
Team player with enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to learn, have fun, contribute and make an impact
Ability to self-motivate, work well across teams, work on multiple projects at the same time, and produce high-quality work
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
An understanding of regulatory and legal guardrails and policies within financial services is preferred
Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify solve problems
Executive presence and public speaking capability
