They are looking for a senior accountant to join their team!This position is expected to be hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite in the offices in Wilmington, DE and two days WFH expectedlocation: Wilmington, Delawarejob type: Permanentsalary: $75,000 - 85,000 per yearwork hours: 9 to 5education: Bachelor's degreeexperience: 2 Yearsresponsibilities:

Completing necessary journal entries and schedules promptly, including for intricate transactions adhering to US GAAP standards.

Compiling financial reports according to US GAAP, analyzing variances, and delivering findings to senior management and investors.

Conducting and scrutinizing diverse account reconciliations to ensure proper balance support and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Establishing and upholding procedures governing financial control processes.

Operating autonomously within the Controller's Group, providing assistance for various tasks like loan accounting, securitization asset management, accounts receivable and payable, accruals management, and financial reporting.

qualifications:

2 + years of experience of industry or public accounting experience

Bachelor's Degree in accounting

Working in the office within commuting distance to Wilmington, DE on a Hybrid work schedule

Must be a U.S. citizen
