Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omnichannel initiatives Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals Manage retail media activations with partners such as Walmart Media Connect and Roundel, defining KPIs, pacing budgets, and analyzing ROAS and sell-through performance to optimize campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing, to tailor marketing efforts per retailer Manage and implement product launch support, ensuring timely execution of marketing assets, training materials, and promotional campaigns. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy Own weekly reporting of retailer sell-through and marketing executions. Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives. Who You Are: A strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. A strong communicator and collaborator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
