Peak Season FedEx Delivery Helper/Jumper

Schedule: Report at 8:00 AM · Full-day shift until route completion

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and energetic FedEx Delivery Helper/Jumper to support our delivery operations during the busy peak season. This role is ideal for college students, seasonal workers, or anyone looking to earn extra income during the holidays. You will not be driving. Instead, you will ride along with a FedEx delivery driver and assist with delivering packages to homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Ride with the driver on a scheduled delivery route and assist with package delivery.

Quickly and safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of various sizes (up to 100 lbs+).

Help load, organize, and unload packages as directed by the driver.

Use scanners or handheld devices if required.

Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift.

Provide friendly and professional customer interactions at delivery points.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Able to lift, carry, and move packages repeatedly (up to 100 lbs+).

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Able to walk, climb steps, and move quickly between stops.

Commitment to punctuality and reliability (8 AM start time required).

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
