About the Role

We are seeking Patient Care Coordinator – Telemarketing Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to patients to help them schedule hearing evaluations at partnered hearing clinics. This is a patient-focused role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage patients with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients

Schedule hearing test appointments using provided scripts and guidelines

Document call outcomes accurately in our systems

Deliver excellent patient experience on every call

Meet daily and weekly performance goals (appointments scheduled, contacts made, etc.)

Requirements

Windows PC or laptop required

No Chromebooks or Mac devices accepted

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Quiet work environment

Previous telemarketing, call center, or healthcare phone experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work the full scheduled hours (10–6:30) and one Saturday per month
