Online Sales & Service Agent -eCommerce

Product Recovery Management (PRM) is seeking a sales and customer service agent to support our growing E-commerce platform (shop.prmfiltration.com). An ideal candidate will have experience in a sales/customer support role and possess strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, over email, and live chat on our web properties.

This role will be engaged in direct to consumer and B2B sales, customer service, general marketing tasks/projects, and inventory checks. The majority of day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to creating quotes for inbound opportunities, answering sales calls, completing customer call-backs, providing service to customers with previous orders, and general sales/customer support tasks. You will be supplied with a work cubicle with modern PC ammenities including a dedicated Zoom Phone, modern PC, tandem monitors, etc. The work environment includes approximately 20 other sales and company employees in the general vacinity.

This position will report to the E-commerce Sales Director and will be an integral part of a small team for ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as maximizing sales revenue. Sales are related to a variety of products. We have in excess of 5,000 products related to the Environmental Remediation and Treatment Industry but in no ways limited to solely that. We house nearly $25M in inventory of products that are generally available to ship same day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
