Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Looking for a Crew Leader for a small landscaping company. Must have a valid drivers license and be approved on the company insurance. Pay will depend on experience but will start between 18-21 per hour with experience and you will be eligible for a raise after a month when you are familiar with the properties.

Experience requirements

Inital pay will depend on amount of time spent running a crew

Mowing with a zero turn

Use of weedeater, edger, blower etc

Pruning, plant knowledge

Driving a truck and trailer daily

Use of roundup

Reliable transportation

Mulch and pinestraw

Willing to learn, good communication skills

Commercial and residential properties

Snow plowing experience, pesticide applicator experience are a plus.
