Crew Leaders Needed

-MUST HAVE A VALID NC DRIVERS LICENSE

-Must have been in a crew leader position previously to be considered

-We seek individuals who want to learn, grow, and move up within our company. We need people with great work ethics, a self-starter, and a hard, reliable worker. We are a team and everyone is treated equally, working together to complete the job.

-Work begins at 7:00 am and finishes when the job is done, between 5-7 pm or later during busy seasons

-Must be able to work Saturdays during certain times of the year

-Work hours are variable with weather. MUST BE FLEXIBLE

-Year-round work available, looking to fill permanent positions

Eligible for paid time off and bonuses after 90 days

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Lift heavy objects and withstand labor-intensive jobs such as mulching, shoveling, laying sod, stonework, etc.

-Plant trees, shrubs, flowers

-Fertilizer applications

-Sod installation

-Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete the job

-Lawnmowers, trimmers, and weed eaters

-Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and lifting

-Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscape equipment, shop, and vehicles

-Follow instructions and directions from your supervisor

-Comply with all company policies and regulations

-Customer service- you must have the ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner

-Reliable transportation to and from work.
