Subs Needed! Interior and Exterior work! Roofing, Gutters, Painting, ETC!

General contracting company servicing property management companies, real estate agents, and residential owners in the Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh areas need experienced professionals in the following trades:

Roofing

We need roofers for the Charlotte area, Greensboro area, and Raleigh area. We need people that can do basic roof repairs to full replacements. We need both Single home repair and replacement to re-roofing entire communities.

3 Tab, Architectural, EPDM/TPO, very few metal roofs

Must have $1M General Liability and $500k Workmans comp coverage - even if you are a sole proprietor

Siding

We need professionals that can change out one or two damaged pieces of siding and those that can re-side whole communities. We work with cedar/wood, vinyl, hardie, etc.

Painting

Exterior house painting, deck paint & staining, etc.

Interior painting and drywall work is also available.

Stucco repairs a plus

Gutters & Fascia

Need experienced gutter and gutter guard installers.

Interior renovation

We currently have a need for interior renovation crews as we have multiple large projects that require a full reno.

Handyman

We have a lot of single person repair jobs that come through on a regular basis where we need a schedule driven individual to complete jobs.

Pay is weekly and by the job.

All positions require that the individual or company MUST have $1M General Liability and $500k Workmans comp coverage - even if you are a sole proprietor!
