Facility Maintenance Manager
North Carolina, Raleigh / durham / CH, 27601 Raleigh / durham / CH USAThe Restaurant Maintenance Manager handles day-to-day repairs and upkeep of the Restaurants. They perform preventive maintenance and ensure completion of work orders. They facilitate communications with management, maintenance service companies, and the owner directly as well as maintain a service cleaning and maintenance schedule for the buildings and equipment in the buildings. This role and its daily operations will vary based on the needs of the restaurants and the season.
It may include but not limited to the following,
Troubleshoots equipment, performs carpentry and addresses plumbing issues.
Installs new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures.
Maintains parts inventory.
Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment
Manages work orders meeting Service Level Agreements
Reports on repair work status, schedule, and budget.
Liaises with third party vendors and review their work.
Maintains a coil cleaning and filter cleaning schedule
Maintains a power washing and facility grounds cleanliness on a schedule

Preferred:
2+ years’ field experience in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration.
1+ years’ work experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair or educational equivalent.
3+ years’ experience.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification or CFC Certification
HVAC State Certified License (preferred).
Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification (preferred)
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
A Valid N.C Driver’s license.
Offering: This is an hourly position with 35 to 40 hours weekly guaranteed, the days and hours may vary and can be flexible as some tasks may need to be done in the evenings and on weekends.
The company provides a company truck as well as tools to perform tasks needed and a weekly gas stipend for this vehicle to be driven only while working.
The company will provide a food allowance within the restaurants for employees while working.
