Hiring cleaners, handymen, landscaping labor

CLEANERS

- I own a house on Mayo Lake that needs to be cleaned when guests check out.

- Cleanings typically happen from 11 AM to 3:30 PM on various days.

- I provide all supplies, equipment, and checklist. You only supply labor.

- Pay is $25/hour. It takes approximately 4.5 hours to clean the house. I guarantee $112.5, even if you finish sooner.

LANDSCAPERS

- Experienced in some hardscaping work: concrete patios, fire pits, retaining walls, etc.

- Landscaping experience: weed control, seeding, overseeding, fertilization, etc.

- Experienced in handling some tools: aerator, rototiller, sprayer, spade, shovel, trowel, etc.

- I will provide all tools and safety equipment.

- Pay is $35/hour for being able to plan and lead projects with helpers

- Pay for helpers is $25/hour.

HANDYMEN

- Experienced in light electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work.

- I can provide/buy most tools.

- Pay is $35/hour.

These positions are for jobs I would need to get done on an as-needed contract basis. This is not full-time work.
