Maintenance Tech

We are searching for someone who has basic maintenance skills and is mechanically inclined. You will have an opportunity to learn valuable skills from senior personnel. We are an apartment management company with most of our properties in DURHAM. Since the job includes occasional on-call duty, the applicant must live within 30 minutes of Durham and have DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION - a truck is a plus. Mileage will be paid for use of personal vehicle.

This full-time job duties include grounds, filter changes and light maintenance. You will have 7 paid holidays. Vacation and sick time will be accrued after 6 months of continuous full-time employment.
