At home care for MS/Dementia patient

Looking for part-time care for my mother in the Downtown Raleigh/Oakwood area who is permanently in bed, needs visits for bathing and toileting twice a week, for 2 hour shifts. We're on a limited budget but please let us know what your needs are to fill this kind of position.
