Wellness Assistant
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for holistic health, wellness and changing lives? Do you want to be part of a movement that is empowering people to take back their health? Our current practice is a small boutique, online (virtual) & in-person natural wellness practice in Cary. We utilize natural therapies & lifestyle recommendations to empower our practice members to take charge of their health.
The wellness assistant will work closely with the owner/physician and our health coach to execute events, interact with potential & current practice members, manage social media, and other administrative duties.
Our practice has rapidly grown, recently relocated, and we are looking to hire an individual who is excited to work as an integral front line player. There is potential for personal & professional growth as the practice flourishes.

Position Summary:
The Wellness Assistant must be detail-oriented & organized, have excellent communication skills and exude integrity in all they do. This position is responsible for accountability at all levels of the practice, scheduling both healthcoach and the doctor’s visits, light bookkeeping, patient and vendor communication over phone/email/Zoom, new patient onboarding and marketing.

Essential Functions:

Work in close collaboration with the Owner on organizational and scheduling systems.

Complete routine administrative tasks including answering the phone, scheduling patients, light bookkeeping, ordering supplies & supplements, and also managing social media.

Stay focused & on task with minimal oversight

Be trainable and learn the clinic’s model and sales strategies

Collaborate with our practice’s business coaching and marketing teams

Other Responsibilities:

Participate in staff training and development activities as directed

Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Working Environment:

This job is part-time to full-time in-person at our Cary office as well as in-person events in the community.

30-40 hours per week with core hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm ET, some evening work is required for webinars and workshops

Hourly pay with bonus structure

Experience:

Professional administrative experience preferred but not required

Google Workspace (Google docs, Google sheets, Google calendar)

Zoom

CharmHealth or other EHR application (helpful but not required)
