Dental office patient coordinator

Unique Dental practice, located in Chapel Hill, looking for someone to help us grow. We are a dental practice focused on holistic wellness & therapies for symptoms related to craniofacial underdevelopment, TMJ pain, & sleep-disordered breathing. Seeking an admin/clinical assistant with a positive personality and great work ethic.

Must be willing to learn, be flexible, work well in a fast paced environment, be very organized and have dental office experience. Must be comfortable answering phones, reviewing treatment plans and collecting fees. For the clinical side we need someone x-ray certified and comfortable with records and oral surgery. We are a high-tech office, candidates must be up to date on CPR, an OSHA certification is preferred.

Hours worked will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am to 4pm and Wednesday 11am to 6pm. This position will be 1-2 days in the clincal area and the rest admin time.
