Market Sector Lead - Highway & Bridge

AECOM is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Market Sector Leader to support the continued growth of our Transportation business line in the Southeast. This role will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina and will serve as a key member of the leadership team for a four-state region including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.The Market Sector Leader will be responsible for standing up and leading the Highway/Bridge Sector, which includes oversight of multiple practice areas such as roadway design, structures, hydraulics, utilities, right-of-way, and alternative delivery. This role combines cost center ownership, market leadership, operational performance, and team development. The selected candidate will build a scalable, high-performing sector that integrates growth, delivery excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
