As the Principal Program Manager for strategic initiatives at Momentus, you will be the driving force behind our company's most pivotal product bets. This is not a role about tracking tasks; it is about shaping outcomes. You will orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs that define the future of our platform, ensuring they deliver exceptional business value and customer impact while helping orchestrate awareness to maximize adoption. You will provide the structure, clarity, and momentum needed to solve our most challenging problems.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, strategic programs, from shaping the initial vision to successful delivery and market adoption. Foster strategic alignment and clear communication across engineering, product, design, marketing, customer facing teams, and executive leadership to ensure a unified effort. Navigate ambiguity by creating structure, defining clear paths forward, and facilitating critical trade-off decisions. Influence program strategy and direction, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities to optimize for better outcomes. Proactively identify and mitigate systemic risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that could compromise program success.
