Global Partner Communication Manager

In this dynamic global role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and execute impactful marketing communications and strategies, working with regional Partner Marketing teams. By collaborating with channel sales, enablement, integrated and product marketing, finance, and legal, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Zoom’s business. You will also empower our leading channel partners worldwide to achieve extraordinary growth and success. About the Team The Partner Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored to the company's partner ecosystem. Our primary goal is to support and enable partners to effectively market and sell the company's products and services. Responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of partner marketing communications.
Crafting and communicating the Zoom Partner Program value proposition for audiences such as
partner decision makers, Zoom sales, end-user customers and more.
Building joint value propositions and integrated marketing plans with top strategic partners.
Providing strategic direction on the development of partner marketing tools and resources by ensuring they are aligned with the needs of our partners.
Monitoring and measuring the performance of partner messaging and communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your data-driven contributions will help shape the future of Zoom’s partner ecosystem.
Contributing to and helping shape Zoom’s positive company culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset across the partner ecosystem.
What we’re looking for
Have 8-12 years of experience in partner marketing or a related field within a technology or SaaS company.
Have demonstrated experience writing blogs, press releases, messaging maps, solution guides, email comms, keynote scripts and presentations.
Possess a proven track record of building compelling messages and communication strategies.
Have extensive familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience coordinating marketing efforts across regional teams.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$76,800.00Maximum:$186,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
