Core Experience:
1+ years of data entry and customer service experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Must have a DL speed better than 20 MB/second
Must have own equipment (see below for details) + reliable internet
Microsoft Office Experience (Word/Excel) – must complete MS Word and Excel assessment
Awareness of HIPAA
A Day in the Role:
These individuals will be taking in information from clients, and entering it into their systems.
Most of the information are independent Medical Reviews.
When new cases come in (the information) they log the information and process it through to the next stage.
The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel.
