Job DescriptionOracle Health Applications and Infrastructure OHAI is building the next generation Healthcare Information Technology Interoperability cloud services that supports the most demanding mission-critical healthcare provider and payer requirements. Services designed to securely transmit personal health information in several global markets.This is your opportunity to be a core part of the team that defines, delivers, and manages cloud services that form national scale health information networks. We are seeking a candidate with strong product management experience in platform level products or services.In this role you will be responsible for conceiving, developing, managing new products and features related to Secure Messaging Services space. As a member of the OHAI Interoperability product team, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications, suggest, and justify product directions and specifications. Other responsibilities include development of new concepts and definition and synthesis of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, writing product specifications and driving project milestones from design to release.You will lead and coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class capabilities on Oracle Health Cloud. You will be expected to assess appropriate trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teams.The right candidate will possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to work backwards from the customers and will have experience launching multiple customer-facing products and features. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product features and functions.

Drive operational and technical solution development to support implementation of desired features and functions.

Develop business requirements and user stories to provide design and development direction to UX design and Dev teams.

Collaborate with UX design and Dev teams to iterate and refine designs.

Define, measure, and manage customer experience and business performance metrics for stakeholders.

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may dent team’s ability to execute.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience as hands-on product manager for customer facing products.

Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA

Experience with Healthcare Information Technology data constructs or Interoperability standards and specifications.

Experience operating in the Healthcare ecosystem, either Provider or Payer realm.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
