As a result, Deloitte Tax is expanding its Technology group. The Tax Transformation group is focused on developing new service offerings and technology solutions that assist us in delivering tax services to our clients. This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a cutting edge and innovative start-up environment within the larger Deloitte Tax organization.Work you'll doAs a Business Requirements Analyst, you'll be tasked with creating documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, wireframes and newsletters. You'll also be responsible for:

Assisting the Product Owner in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs, Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.

Provides operational support to practitioners and firm clients. Configures SharePoint features in production and non-production environments. Engages with various teams to resolve problems as they arise.

The TeamDeloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation team is responsible for the development and deployment of technology, tools, and standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services. The team is focused on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver comprehensive, value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. It is a dynamic team with professionals of varying backgrounds from tax technical, technology development, change management, Six Sigma, and project management. The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation including training development, engagement management, tool design and implementation.Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience

2+ years of technology related experience.

Experience in process design and process improvements

Strong knowledge of data analytics

Ability to work in a virtual team environment

Familiarity with agile project methodology

Basic client interaction skills

Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Experience working on engagements that have incorporated Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and/or UiPath

Working knowledge of robotics process automation, analytics, data management, statistics, accounting and computer applications.

An applicable certification

One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:

Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA

If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:

Licensed Attorney

Enrolled Agent

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)

Professional Engineer

Technology Certification including, but not limited, to the below:

CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Certified Business Analysis Professional (PgMP)

Microsoft MCSD Certification

Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

taxtransThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $81,200 to $178,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
