PART TIME MAINTENANCE POSITION

We are a small property management company looking for a part time maintenance person. Duties would include, but not limited to changing air filters, light bulbs, mowing grass (we have a riding lawn mower), and minor pool maintenance.

Must have a driver's license and be able to tow a small trailer.

The hours come to approximately 16 hrs a week.
