Soil Scientist Needed in Smyrna NC

I need a licensed soil Scientist to do a soil analysis and system design for a property in Smyrna NC. Perc test was rejected by county. I assume an advantak system will be needed. Property currently has a barndominium with a sand mound system and it works good.
