We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our North East England region—building strong relationships with customers, developing new opportunities, and supporting the rollout of TOMRA solutions across the area.The UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) is coming and will significantly change how recycling works across the country. TOMRA is playing a leading role in this transition, and we’re growing our UK team to support it.This is a role where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory, plan your approach, and make a real impact locally—while being backed by a collaborative and supportive UK-wide team.The opportunityAs a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business across North East England—identifying opportunities, building relationships with retailers, and guiding conversations through to long-term partnerships.What you’ll doTake ownership of new business development across your region—from first conversations through to signed agreementsBuild relationships with retailers and key stakeholders ahead of DRS implementationDevelop a strong understanding of customer needs and identify where TOMRA can supportWork closely with colleagues to shape proposals, pricing, and value casesSupport pilot and trial projects as a pathway to long-term partnershipsPlan and manage your own pipeline, turning opportunities into sustainable businessRepresent TOMRA in customer meetings and regional industry eventsYou’ll have the support of an experienced team—but the flexibility to organise your work in a way that suits you and your region.What success looks likeA well-managed and steadily growing pipeline in your regionStrong relationships with customers and partnersPilot projects progressing into long-term agreementsA clear contribution to TOMRA’s growth across Northern England and the UK
