Apartment Maintenance Technician

An apartment community in the Hickory, NC area is looking for a new Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a full time position with quarterly performance bonus potential and an excellent benefits package. Candidate must take rotation for emergency on-call every other week.

The Maintenance Technician assists in routine maintenance, curb appeal, and property performance. Primary responsibilities include general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair as well as apartment turn maintenance, resident retention and satisfaction, and overall customer services. They must have the ability to work well with others. They strive for complete resident satisfaction in every turn, service request, and in their daily interactions with residents.

This posting is for an experienced maintenance technician, preferably with 2 or more years working in the hospitality or multi-family housing industry.

HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
