Lead Service Technician, Loading Dock

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be willing to travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management- up to 2 1/2 weeks at a time, paid daily per diem, hotel costs and travel time.

General construction, demo, welding, steel work and some concrete work.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.

Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.

Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt.

Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily.

Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.

REQUIRED:

Valid driver’s license This is a MUST

Ability to travel out of town for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Ability to lift with no restrictions.

Experience in overhead doors and dock plates.

Experienced in stick welding.

Some Concrete experience.

Preferred: Experience in construction, but willing to provide on the job training to motivated individuals.

Compensation based on experience.
