Lead carpenter for Real Estate Development Co.

Milestone Properties Inc. Is looking for a lead carpenter that can perform all facets of construction from framing, window and door installations, trim work, flooring, kitchen and bathroom installs, light electrical and plumbing, Tile, et Applicant will be performing most of the work with 1 to 2 helpers . We are small company family orientated where you can be your own boss. Applicant must be very dependable and self motivated. Very competitive pay

Job Requirements:

-Significant work history as a Carpenter.

-Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials.

-Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction.

-Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools.

-Ability to accurately read blueprints and technical drawings.

-Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times.

-Reliable transportation

-Have own tools
