Outdoor Lighting Dispatcher

Kemco of Burlington is growing and we are looking for a Dispatcher for our Outdoor Lighting Division.

As a key member of our team you will be the first impression to our customers, it will be your job to provide a positive and friendly representation of our company.

-Electrical and or Outdoor lighting knowledge is a plus.

-Answer calls and back up multi line phone system.

-Get vital information from customer and dispatch to appropriate driver.

-Interact with customers by phone and/or in person to provide information about our services.

-Use reference materials to quickly and accurately determine the best method to assist their needs.

-Work directly with management and accounting department to finalize jobs.

-Enter customer and service information into computer system.

-General office duties which include billing and submitting invoices.
