We are in search of a skilled individual in recruiting, hiring, and training to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, reliable, eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, work well with others as well as independently, and maintain a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

-Ability to develop creatively and consistently post for social media.

-Ability to plan recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives to connect with candidates.

- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.

- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews.

- Evaluate candidate skills and experience.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including file management, document preparation, and maintenance of employee records (I-9, W-4, employment verification forms, E-Verify, and NC New Hire).

- Organize training sessions.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, conduct reference checks, and verify criminal background, vehicle, and insurance information.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Compensation: Base salary plus bonus.
