job detailsThe primary purpose of this role is to support the Services and Solutions portfolio for the truck dealer network, national accounts, leasing network, and customers utilizing Connected Services. This position is crucial in achieving the 2030 goal of generating 50% of revenue from services by accurately and efficiently managing service invoicing and activation for both legacy products and future innovative solutions.salary: $25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities

Facilitate quoting, ordering, and invoicing activities for Connected Services Portfolio

Process and maintain customer data required for Connected Services activation

Provide product and billing support to dealers and customers in a timely manner

Compile data needed from sales systems for statistical reports, including quote activity, price realization and win/loss reports

Support the launch of new service offerings by responding to inquiries from dealers, customers and sales managers, as well as relaying dealer feedback to product and IT development teams
