job detailsjob summary:An Industrial Project Manager is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. The Industrial Project Manager will connect public funding with projects, manage budgets, and support strategic industrial initiatives.location: Greensboro, North Carolinajob type: Contractsalary: $30.53 - 43.51 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:

Ensure alignment of industrial strategy with global product strategy.

Collaborate with Cab & Vehicle Assembly (CVA) plants on Master Plans and Investments.

Lead complex, cross-functional Industrial Investigations.

Work with Product and Industrial projects to meet grant program requirements.

Report to Principal Investigator on behalf of various project teams within the grant program.

Manage overall grant program budget planning, tracking, and reporting.

Collect and compile inputs from project teams for program status reporting.

Skills:

strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Experience in risk and change management.

strong coordination skills.

Ability to handle budget planning and follow-up.

Networking and collaboration across various business divisions.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or Engineering.

3-5 years of relevant business experience.

2-3 years of Project Management experience (PMP preferred).

2-3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
