Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $20 - $30 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Outreach Associate:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to generate leads and identify potential customers.

Engage with homeowners and businesses to introduce our clients' products or services.

Collect and record relevant information from leads, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.

Represent clients professionally and ethically, adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations at all times.

Build rapport with potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have about the products or services being offered.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Available shifts:Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) & WeekendsJob requirements:

Entrepreneurial spirit required!

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is preferred but not required. We will train!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile devices for data collection and reporting.
