Graphics Department help needed for Sign Company

We need someone younger (preferably 30-40 range) with experience with tools and machinery. A good attitude and work ethic is a must. The position would be shop help at first until we can see if you have what it takes to eventually take over the supervisor position. This job involves building lighted channel letters and custom signs for businesses. Good skills to have some experience in would be welding, painting, CNC machine, metal bending.
