Assistant/Companion needed

I need a reliable person to take me to appointments one day a week. There is the possibility that there will be more than one appointment on this day. I need help getting into and out of the vehicle. I also use a manual wheelchair that I take with me to these appointments. Serious inquiries only. Thank you.
