Commercial Traveling Foreman/Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to read plans & specs

- Ensure the job site is always clean and organized

- Communicate with the project team regarding daily logs, RFI's, and misc documentation

- Ensure every contractor is complying with their contracted scope of work

- Walk the project daily and logging activities being performed

- Help coordinate sub contractors and provide them notice when they need to be on site

- Their will be times when hands on work will be required and will need to be able to be able to carry/move items 25/50 lbs. The employee will be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and or crawl to perform task.

- Schedule inspections

- Need good organizational and communication skills to work with subcontractors, inspectors & architects.

- This position requires traveling a min of 4 days a week

Experience and requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a foreman/super in commercial construction

- Ability to read a set of plans & Specs

- Must have a valid driver license

- Must be authorized to wok in the US

- Basic computer skills are a must

- Knowledge in all commercial construction activities
