Lawn Care Foreman Needed

We are a local family owned business that owns and manages several apartment complexes in the Greenville area in search of a qualified individual with experience in commercial lawn care to maintain property grounds and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

- Valid drivers license with ability to pull and back a trailer proficiently

- Minimum 3 years of commercial lawn care experience which includes the following:

- Operating zero-turn mowers, weedeating, trimming shrubs, mulching beds & spraying round-up

- Maintaining equipment such as changing oil, filters, blades etc.

- Must be hard working with attention to detail

- Ability to work alone in all weather environments including the extreme summer heat

Other skills that are preferred but not required:

- Using a chainsaw

- Operating a tractor with bush hog

- Operating a skid steer

- Construction skills

- Mechanical skills
