Foreman for Fast-Paced, Traveling Construction Crew in the Southeast

ABOUT REGIONAL CONSTRUCTION: We are a highly specialized construction company focused on laundromats. We build new facilities, upfit existing ones, and install equipment throughout the Southeast.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

- A dependable leader on and off the jobsite

- Ruthlessly efficient and ready for a fast-paced environment

- Excited to travel and explore new places

- Comfortable hauling trailers

- Ready to do anything necessary to get the job done

This is NOT a role with a lot of paperwork or computer work. It's the opposite: You're managing field work.

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

- Managing crews (both in house and subcontractors)

- Running a clean and safe jobsite

- Ensuring that we only accept the highest quality work

- Building schedules for today, this week, and this month

- Communicating progress to clients and other team members

- Problem solving (because problems will always arrive)

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERTISE IN THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, INCLUDING: Foundations, framing, and finishing.

YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, and MECHANICAL TRADES.

COMPENSATION:

- $1500 per week

- $50 per diem

- 2 paid weeks off per year

- Truck allowance

- Potential for profit sharing based on performance
